Come on in the kitchen with me and we will talk about what I’m making and what to cook. If you like dishes that are sourced from local farmers using regenerative practices and organic methods, then we’ll have a blast!
Here in the Northern Heartland, the seasons can be ill defined. We rock through more temperature swings than other regions and there’s no doubt that our weather determines what we want and what’s coming from nearby. Given Mother Nature’s fickleness how can we cook responsibly and responsively with her gifts? These are the kinds of delightful and delicious conundrums we’ll face together at the stove.
