I made the soup over the weekend. Fantastic and so easy and so healthy. I'm certain it will help me get over my cold.

Beth, thank you for this beautiful reminder that food always tastes better when we know where it comes from. Sourcing beans from the Mill City Farmers Market truly changed my outlook on beans—it’s hard to go back to canned once you’ve tasted beans harvested in the fall. Your Stone Soup feels especially grounding right now, when the headlines around ICE and the fear of simply being outside feel so heavy. Thank you for anchoring us in what matters: good food, shared stories, and care for one another. 💛
